Breaking Differences

laminated glass

Durability: Offers excellent resistance to impacts and pressure thanks to the inter layer (PVB or SGP) that bonds the glass panels together.
Breakage behaviour: In case of breakage, laminated glass maintains its integrity, as the inter layer holds the fragments together, reducing risks.
Usage: Ideal for glass railings and applications that require enhanced safety and durability.

Tempered glass

Durability: It has high resistance to impacts and pressure, although it is slightly lower than laminated glass in extreme scenarios.
Breakage behavior: When broken, it shatters into small, non-sharp pieces, reducing the risk of injury.
Usage: Versatile and commonly used in everyday applications, it is suitable for glass railings depending on project specifications.

NORMAL glass

Durability: It has low resistance to impacts and pressure, making it unsuitable for applications that require safety.
Breakage behavior: When broken, it shatters into large, sharp pieces, posing a significant safety risk.
Usage: Not recommended for glass railings or for areas where safety is a priority.

SATIN FINISH

Sandblasted – A stream of sand applied to the glass surface creates an elegant matte finish. The process is done on the opposite side of the glass.
Matte Laminate – A matte laminated layer is added for a sophisticated and uniform finish.

GRADUAL SATIN FINISH

The most advanced finish available, allowing a completely customisation transition between matte and clear. Created using digital printing, this process allows for precise adjustments in intensity, height, start and end points, ensuring an effect perfectly tailored to your needs.

DIGITAL PRINTING OR SCREEN PRINTING

Sandblasted – A process in which a stream of sand creates a matte surface on the glass, applied to the opposite side.
Matte Laminate – A matte laminated layer is added for a uniform and sophisticated finish.

PARTIAL MATE

It provides a modern look for offices and conference rooms. It can be customised in any shape and intensity, perfectly adapting to your needs and design preferences.

CURVED GLASS

We offer precision-machined perforations with diameters ranging from Phi5 to Phi60 mm. CNC production allows for the manufacture of irregular shapes tailored to the specific requirements of each project, providing high-quality, customised solutions.

NON-SLIP COATING

Ceramic Ink – A modern solution that can be applied in any desired shape.
Textured Coating – Lines or squares applied to the glass surface to prevent slipping.
Matte Sandblasting – Creates a matte finish on the glass, reducing the risk of slipping.
